rENEGADE rUN 3

This time we will be starting at An undisclosed car park location at Sprucefield onwards to Newry
then over via the coast road to Warrenpoint bomb up too Rostrevor , cut across country, up over
     the mountains to the Spelga Dam followed by a good hard blast to Kilkeel with a quick scoot round
the coast by Newcastle to finish up at Castlewellan forest park.
